Here is a wonderful creation I wrote up and digitally crafted for you 6 months ago. Enjoy.

Wild : The Wild Pulse is all about us in our natural element. Our untamed and deeply powerful forms that we all have inside us. The Wild Pulse is the beat that sounds true. Its about living your real life freely.

The Challenges are- The conditioning - whilst conditioning has an important part to play in our growth in certain areas of life, it also can form us into something outside of who we really are. So it's important to ask ourselves who we are. What we can become and why you would do it? Getting clearer on our direction feels great. I believe we are each uniquely expressing our own lives with a shared connection that runs deep between us all, and with everything, we relate, negotiate with all things we come in contact with, these connections are happening all the time. Here now on earth it's important to realise that we are going through a massive transformation, so Big and so vast that its hard to comprehend yet we feel the changes. These changes offer a calling for many of us to step up and show up, together. The Wild Pulse helps you uncover things that may be hard to see, aka your innate awesome nature! Basically we are doing the work of re-wilding ourselves and in the process we can understand our environment better and move towards living in symbiosis and harmony.

When you witness wildlife and animals in your explorations , notice how they do things naturally, we can't fully domesticate them, their not over thinking and missing half the point of life, to connect with your your whole body-mind in the here and now and to feel. Cheers to the wildcrafted human.

Art: The Art Pulse is about our creative spark and expression. We all have the ability to create, using our imagination in action sets our creativity into the world. Creativity is Leadership. Each idea can be expressed through a variety of mediums - word, sound, colour, shape , movement the list goes on... The Art Pulse is a place where we can really get together and express our visions in the ways that feel right to us, it's different each moment. We have a choice in where this all goes, our dance is the unique way in which we each move. The way the pen runs along the paper is our own, its unique and is happening in the now, we are the living artists that make things go round. Each of us has a voice, a way in which we can show up in the world, Let's co-create and play with it. Our partners the music, ground and nature, and at times we link up and work the magic together as creative empowering beings.

Mystic: The Mystic Pulse is all about our sacred journey. Acknowledging that we are conscious beings who have come here to live now. Everything is sacred, yet there are different ways in which we perceive our divinity. Be honoured. I AM - a statement, a realisation, a way. Mystic Pulse is more about the inner life that the words I can muster... So please with my greatest blessings to you as you continue on your journeying deeper, further and beyond. I for one feel intuitively and allow my inner guidance to serve me as I navigate through different situations and circumstances whilst also having some structures in place/ containers to be in.
